Call of Duty: Ghosts – System Wars Magazine animation

The video will begin as a standard review for Call of Duty: Ghosts. The Lemming will speak as random footage of the game airs behind him.

Lemming:

The long wait finally ends here, fellow CoDsters! The greatest game of the year, Call of Duty Ghosts, brings the best first person shooter experience you have EVER seen, and will surely go down in histoy as….

*a Hermit’s two eyes abruptly pop out from the video screen*

Hermit:

What did you say, punk?

Lemming (words in caps he says with emphasis):

I said CALL of DUTY, GHOSTS, is the greatest game of the year and the best FIRST PERSON SHOOT….

*the Hermit starts laughing as if he had just heard the funniest thing uttered in the English language*

Hermit:

You are gravely mistaken, console peasant. The best first person shooter of the year is Battlefield 4!

Lemming:

But Call of Duty is better than Battlefield.

*disc scratch, the mood turns from comical to deathly serious, the camera zooms in on the Hermit’s eyes*

Hermit (in a gravely serious tone):

No…..it’s not.

 Lemming:

Yes…it is! Observe!

*the Lemming blows a whistle, and three Call of Duty Ghost dogs come in and jump the Hermit. As they attack him, the Lemming delivers the following line, chuckling as he says it*

Lemming:

Call of Duty is so much better. It’s awesome, it’s fun, immensely satisfying. It’s fast, it’s sharp, you can rack up so many kills! And the single player is AWESOME! And Battlefield is slow…Battlefield is boring!

*as soon as he says this, the Hermit thows away the dogs, and faces him*

 Hermit:

Battlefield is boring? Battlefield is slow? Only in your inferior console minds! Battlefield has vehicles, Battlefield has more players at one time, Battlefield maps are bigger! Battlefield is a TRUE GAME, Call of Duty is a MINIGAME! Observe!

*the Hermit presses a button and a chopper comes in from the window, fires a rocket, and collapses the building they are on, using footage from the Battlefield 4 E3 demo*

*a short while later, we see the rubble of the building. The Lemming and Hermit pop their heads out from the rubble*

 Hermit:

Are you convinced yet?

Lemming:

Nope.

Hermit:

Oh yeah? Well you haven’t convinced me either!

Lemming:

Tough.

Hermit:

Yes.

Lemming:

Yes.

*they both look away from each other with a frown on their faces*

*end*
